Shipping policy

All ASHE Fall '26 items are preorder items. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

As the Fall '26 collection transitions into permanent, on hand inventory, orders for available items will be shipped from our existing stock and will not require the preorder production timeframe.

Once your order had shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. ASHE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ASHE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
